The Himachal Pradesh High Court via a notification (No. HHC/Rules/IPD/2022-32273-84) dated October 24, 2024 fixed October 9, 2024 (i.e., date of publication of Rules on e-Gazette) as the date of commencement of ‘The Himachal Pradesh High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2022’.
