In view of the suggestions received during recent Stakeholders meeting, a mechanism for submission of Feedback has been made functional on the official website of CGPDTM [https://ipindiaonline.gov.in/feedback].
The feedback system allows users to send general queries, queries related to administrative process of the Office and general feedbacks.
This is a positive move and should help in improving functioning of the office.
