On 27 November 2018, Mr. Ankush Mehta (Principal Attorney, Attorney-at-Law) from Mehta & Mehta Associates (MehtaIP) visited IP High Court in Tokyo, Japan.
A total of 27 lawyers and other legal practitioners who deal with intellectual property rights from Brazil, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam were present during the meeting.
The meeting was headed by Hon’ble Mr. Toshihiko Terada, J. and Ms. Aya Takahashi, J. of the Third Division of the IP High Court. An outline of the IP High Court and the IP litigation in Japan was focus of discussion.
